How we choose the right treatment

We always start with the gentlest option that truly solves the problem. A painful cavity often just needs a filling. A deep one may need pulp therapy and a crown to save the tooth. Only when a tooth genuinely can't be saved do we recommend removing it, and then we protect the space for the adult tooth.

Whatever the treatment, comfort leads: thorough numbing, plain-language explanations, and safe sedation whenever it helps.

One call, one visit, and the problem is truly handled. That's what same-day emergency treatment should be.

Treated the same day

Most emergency treatment happens the day you call, not next week.

Comfort before anything

We numb thoroughly and offer sedation, so relief comes first.

The gentlest fix that lasts

We always choose the least invasive treatment that truly solves it.

Common questions

Can treatment really happen the same day?

Usually, yes. We reserve time for emergencies, and most urgent fillings, crowns, pulp therapy, and extractions can be completed the day you call.

How do you keep emergency treatment comfortable?

We numb thoroughly, explain each step in kid-friendly words, and offer safe sedation options for anxious children or bigger treatments.

How do I know which treatment my child needs?

You don't have to. Call (801) 676-3700, describe what's happening, and we'll examine your child and recommend the gentlest treatment that truly fixes it.
