Vaginal Symptoms in Girls

Vaginal symptoms in girls include itching, redness, soreness, discharge or bleeding around the vaginal opening. These symptoms can happen before or after puberty.

Soap, bubble bath, moisture and other irritation are common causes in younger girls. Infection, a foreign object, urinary problems, skin conditions and other causes are also possible.

When can my child be seen

Be seen today.

Every office keeps same-day appointments for illness and injury.

This evening or at the weekend.

Most offices run After Hours Care, by appointment rather than walk-in.

If you are worried, call. We would rather answer a question that turns out to be nothing.
